Built in collaboration with Turner Fleisher Architects and Nivek Remas, the build transformed an empty retail shell into a unique hospitality destination that blends co-working, retail, wellness, dining, and indoor recreation within a beautifully executed interior.

Spanning approximately 6,000 sq.ft., the project showcases Odera Construction's expertise in complex commercial construction, high-end commercial interiors, precision craftsmanship, and design-driven execution.

Odera Construction transformed a prominent Queen Street West location into Toronto's first canine social club- a thoughtfully built commercial space that combines hospitality, workplace and retail construction.

Bringing together a coffeeshop and bar, co-working spaces, retail and recreational amenities all under one roof, the project fosters meaningful interaction through thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage people to gather, collaborate, and build lasting connections.
