Behind the finished space was a complete commercial transformation. Working within the constraints of an older building in Toronto and a compact footprint, our team carefully rebuilt the interior to maximize every square foot while integrating new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millwork, and architectural finishes.

Through detailed planning, close coordination, and meticulous execution, we transformed an aging commercial property into a modern hospitality space built to serve the neighbourhood for years to come.

Working within the constraints of an older commercial building, our team carefully rebuilt the interior to maximize every square foot while integrating new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millwork, and architectural finishes.
